Do you have a showroom or a brick-and-mortar location?We currently don't have any showrooms or brick and mortar locations. This allows us to keep our overhead down so we can offer the great pricing that you see on our site!

What is your fabric made of?Our fabrics are made of 100% soft, polyester fiber. Our fabric is durable and easy to clean.

How do I assemble my comfy World Wide Couch?The worldwide couch is super easy and fast to assemble. Each piece requires the legs to be screwed on and the arms to be attached using the already mounted brackets.

Do I need any tools for assembly?No tools are required to assemble the world wide sectional couch, although using a rubber mallet may be helpful. Assembly can be easily and quickly completed by one person.

What is your Return Policy?At World Wide Furniture, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 7 calendar days to request a refund from the date you received your product. Please note that a 15% will be applied to all eligible returns. This fee covers the cost of restocking the product and associated administrative expenses. Please take into consideration wear and tear on the product, it's resale value may be affected if we were to sell it to a different customer. We want to ensure transparency in our transactions.
